Garden April 2009

April is the month for narcissus and spring flowers, especially Primrose and Polyanthus. Many of the trees are in flower at this time too.
Raised Bed
Here we grow the miniature narcissus and jonquils pushing their way through the spring flowering rockery and alpine plants
Rose Garden
The roses have been pruned but before they start to grow again narcissus of many different varieties fill the beds throughout the month
Driveway
A glorious show of Primulas and Polyanthus stretch down the edge of the drive, filling the air with perfume, especially as evening approaches
